These terms summarize how the service works and the rules for placing orders.

1) Service

We provide an order workflow with status updates and in-app chat.

Submit accurate order details and clear screenshots.

Balance is used as credits for orders. Crypto deposits cannot be withdrawn and must be spent on the platform.

Orders move through statuses from submitted to completed. Once an order is in progress or completed, it is not refundable.

Chat is for order coordination only. Do not share sensitive personal information.
